Mathematical connection skills are crucial for students to learn various mathematical concepts that are interrelated. Without these mathematical connection skills, students will face difficulties in learning mathematics. The aim of this research is to improve the mathematical connection skills in fraction material using the Concrete Pictorial Abstract (CPA) approach among second-grade students at Jakarta Nanyang School, BSD. This research employs Classroom Action Research with 2 cycles. The results show an improvement in students' mathematical connection skills from cycle I to cycle II. In cycle I, 20 out of 25 students (80%) achieved or exceeded the minimum competency standard (KKTP) with an average learning outcome of 83.5. In cycle II, 24 out of 25 students (96%) achieved or exceeded the KKTP with an average learning outcome of 91.5. Thus, there was an increase in students' mathematical connection ability by 16% from cycle I to cycle II. The conclusion of this research is that the *Concrete Pictorial Abstract* (CPA) learning approach can improve the mathematical connection ability of 2nd grade students at SPK Jakarta Nanyang School in the fraction material of the Mathematics subject.
